Here are the answers to some of the FAQ's about our opening times in January 2012.
When exactly is the shop open?
Thursday 12 - Friday 13th - Closed
Saturday 14th - OPEN 10 - 5
Sunday 15th - Friday 20th - Closed
Saturday 21st - OPEN 10 - 5
Sunday 22nd - Friday 27th - Closed
Saturday 28th - OPEN 10 - 5
Sunday 29th to Monday 30th - Closed
Tuesday 31st - OPEN 10 - 5 and then open as usual from then onwards.
What does this mean for the website - will I still be able to shop online?
The website will be running as usual with the exception to posting out orders. Please order as usual but be aware that we won't be quite as speedy as usual at getting your orders processed and posted. Also until Tuesday the 31st all UK orders will be sent with Royal Mail with their Special Delivery Service and NOT with ParcelForce.
What if I need to return something?
We always ask that you email us before returning anything anyway but please be aware that we have a temporary returns address and exchanges and refund will take a little longer to process. If in doubt please contact us. Please email us to get the returns address and remember we cannot process any returns until we receive them and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
What if I need to contact you?
You can call the shop on Saturdays between 10 - 5 and speak to the lovely Lauren or email us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will do our best to reply as quickly as possible. We won't be updating facebook or twitter as much as usual so please email if it is urgent.
